When do membership benefits activate?
Membership benefits activate at launch, Summer 2026. Signing up now secures your Founding Member status and locks in your tier before the program goes live. You’ll be among the first to access perks and start earning when the Passport officially launches.
What does it mean to be a Founding Member?
Founding Members are the first group to access the Passport at launch. They lock in their tier from day one, receive early member rewards, and are part of the founding cohort that shapes the Kentina experience from the ground up. Select “Join as a Founding Member” during checkout on any package or tier.
How does booking work after checkout?
After purchase is confirmed, our team reaches out within 24 to 48 hours to coordinate your experience dates across each property. You submit your preferred dates and we confirm availability and sequence your itinerary. Dates are not selected at checkout.
How do I earn and redeem Passport points?
Every Kentina package earns 10 points per dollar spent. Points are credited to your Passport account after your visit is complete. Midweek bookings earn double points. Points can be redeemed toward future experiences across all five properties. Your tier is determined by total points earned, and higher tiers unlock additional benefits.
What is the difference between Explorer, Voyager, and Connoisseur?
Explorer is free to join and earns base points at 10 pts per $1. Voyager ($199/year, $149 for Temecula residents) unlocks better lodging rates, priority reservations, and expanded winery credits. Connoisseur ($499/year, $399 for residents) adds dedicated concierge support, maximum point multipliers, exclusive access experiences, and 1 complimentary night annually.
Can I upgrade my membership tier later?
Yes. You can upgrade your Passport tier at any time through your account portal. Points earned at a lower tier carry forward, so your progress is never lost when you move up.
